Service Scope

Our company provides guidance and support for obtaining work, study, and travel visas. This includes assisting clients with document preparation, application submission, and consultations. However, the final decision on visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassies or immigration authorities, and we cannot guarantee application success.

Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information throughout the visa application process. Any delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the client’s responsibility. We reserve the right to terminate services if any fraudulent information is identified. Clients must also adhere to the visa regulations of the destination country.

Payment and Refund Policy

All service fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services. These fees are non-refundable once the process has started, regardless of the outcome. If the client decides to cancel the service after initiation, only unutilized fees may be refunded at our discretion, excluding service charges.

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality service, we are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or unfavorable decisions made by immigration authorities. Additionally, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as policy changes, processing delays, or external factors beyond our control. Clients agree to use our services at their own discretion and understand the associated risks.
